Finance Manager Key responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for finance, forecasting and accounting for all locations in China. 2. Work as interface with head office, have close cooperation with finance team in HQ, and make sure Chines company follow up the compliance policy strictly. 3. Prepare monthly financial report to parent company. 4. Budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast. 5. Analyse the deviation of budget vs actual for P/L and projects. 6. Production cost review and control 7. Project controlling 8. Observe and comply to local law and regulations 9. Proactively manage cash flows and working capital. Follow up on outstanding debtors 10. Proactively manage working capital. 11. Establish internal controls required to manage and grow the business. 12. Plan and execute annual audit and report. 13. Tax Planning and transfer pricing set up. 14. CAPEX control. 15. Update documents in management system. 16. Ad-hoc tasks needed by the superior. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, and 15 years of experience within employee management. 2. Leadership competence. 3. Solid experience from an international, industrial and project-oriented corporation. 4. Experience with international contracts and risk management in connection with project execution. 5. Solid experience with finance team management. 6. Good experience in SAP/ERP system.
