e. Presentation of a project or product to the customer.

2.Project support项目支持:
a. Discuss with customer for their demand and try to find solution with Soleras equipment.
跟客户沟通搜集客户需求，提供设备相关的解决方案。
b. Feedback customer requirements to design team.
向设计团队反馈客户端设备相关的需求。
c. Feedback product defects to design team.
向设计团队反馈产品的缺陷。
d. Assist products assembling and QC out check in facility.
协助生产部门设备的安装调试和质检部门的产品出厂检验。
3. Working in team团队工作:
a. Schedules own work in cooperation with other team members.
与其他相关部门合作制定售后计划。
b. Takes care of a clear communication between engineering and customer.

1. Bachelor or above, major in electrical engineering or equivalent by experience.
本科及以上学历，电气相关专业，具有相关的工作经验。
2. Has a very practical insight and excellent active listening and customer service skills.
熟练的沟通技巧和客户服务技能。
3. Good knowledge of the PVD sputtering hardware products will be a plus.
具有PVD溅射镀膜设备相关知识和经验的优先考虑。
4. Is fluent in English and Chinese, both written an oral.
具有熟练的英语书写和口语能力。
