Position: Admin & Facility Specialist
Major Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to lead a team of professional administration management staff in day to day operations including maintenance, shuttle bus, cleaning, security, canteen service;
2. Assist to setting up administrative management and support admin service policy and guideline according to local governments regulations;
3. Construct documents such as reimbursement report, proposal and analysis in the field of administration Management;
4. Implement management and exercise effective cost and budget control;
5. Liaise with Government departments, contractors and outsourced company etc;
6. Support other assignments as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. College/Degree holder in Facilities/Property Management or related discipline.
2. At least 8 years’ experience in managing Facilities /Property Management
3. Excellence problem solving, organizing and leadership skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Be customer-oriented, decisive, outing with initiative, able to work independently and under pressure.
6. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
