About the role
The graduates hired will be part of the Young Potential Trainee Program of Bekaert. The job holder will complete 18 months of training after joining. The three periods of unique training will offer on-the-job experiences across functions and locations and set you on the path to create your individual career.
You will gain the necessary experience and will be ready for taking the position in management and delivering in the identified role at the end of the training period.
About You
• Bachelor's degree in science and technology-related disciplines
• Around 2 years past experience in the B-to-B industry
• High emotional intelligence
• Strong and engaging communicator. Written English is required.
• Learning agility
• Initiative and Drive for results
• Teamwork
