2. Optimaize production process to improve production efficiency
3. Solve the problem in production
4. Make the technical file/presentations according to demand
5. Give presentations/training internal/external
6. Presentation of a project/product to the customer
任职要求：
1. Bachelor or Master in Material Science & Engineering or related.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience at similar position in manufacturing industry.
3. Has a very practical insight.
4. Works in an accurate way and is critical in a positive way.
5. Is open to improvement actions, aims at continuously improving.
6. Adapts easily to changing priorities and requests.
7. Is fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
8. Eager to learn.
