职位描述：
1.Service：
售后服务：
a. On-site installation and troubleshooting for customers.
客户现场设备安装调试及故障解决。
b. Solve the problem in warranty experiod and keep the good relationship with customer.
在产品质保期内解决产品问题并与客户保持良好关系。
c. Give presentations/training internal/external.
提供售后服务的内外部培训。
d. Presentation of a project/product to the customer.
为客户解答产品相关问题。

2.Project support:
项目支持：
a. Discuss with customer for their demand and try to find solution with Soleras equipment.
跟客户沟通搜集客户需求，提供设备相关的解决方案。
b. Feedback customer requirements to design team.
向设计团队反馈客户端设备相关的需求。
c. Assist products assembling and QC out check in facility.
协助生产部门设备的安装调试和质检部门的产品出厂检验。

3. Working in team:
团队工作：
a. Schedules own work in cooperation with other team members.
与其他相关部门合作制定售后计划。
b. Takes care of a clear communication between engineering and customer.
与相关团队和客户保持良好的沟通。

4. Knowledge:
知识：
a. Follows the evolution of the production processes.
了解产品工艺。
b. Stays up to date on the market evolution.
关注市场情况。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent by experience.
本科学历电气和机械相关专业，具有相关的工作经验。
2. Has a very practical insight and excellent active listening and customer service skills.
熟练的沟通技巧。
3. Good knowledge of the sputtering hardware products will be a plus.
具有溅射镀膜设备相关知识和经验的优先考虑。
4. Is fluent in English and Chinese, both written an oral.
具有熟练的英语书写和口语能力。
