主要要求:
1)有一定销售经验;
2)有一定英语基础,能做工作上的交流;
3)能适应出差;
4)工科背景,能看懂一些图纸。
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder will work for sales work such as key account relationship maintance, manage customer sales documents, recieved order and order follow up, delivery support...and also necessary market information + competition information collection; Together with technical team of Heating/BCT to support customers' product development projects, and project follow up.
Your Role:
1. Sales activities
- achieve sales target of each year
- support BTRD, Assen and customer service on sales issue to guarantee the complete process run smoothly
- responsibility for sales forecast, well manage customer demand and plant production capacity
2. Key Account Management
- Visit important customer frequently in order to maintain the relationship and follow project
- Support people from BTRD and Assen for the activities with customers
- Support technical people on R&D project and on complaint handling
3. Marketing intelligence
- Introduce and promote our product in selected region, in charge of regional marketing work
- Customer education by join or held seminar
- Market and competition information collection
4. Support regional activities
- Provide local support other functions when they work on the selected region
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor or above degree in engineering or science; major in HVAC is a plus; willing to travel
2. Able to read and understand electrical drawings as well as mechanical
3. 3+ years sales experiences on industrial products, HVAC technical background is plus
4. Good skill of English, both on oral and written;
5. Good communication skills
