工作职责:
Job Responsibilities:

1、参与产品开发阶段需求分析、沟通及方案制定；
To participate in the demand analysis, communication and plan formulation in product development phase;
2、做好项��开发规划及项目关键结点管理，全面推进项目；
To make project development planning and project key point management, and comprehensively promote the project;
3、根据具体项目特点,输出相应模具/检具/工装设备的相关技术要求；
According to the specific project, to output the relevant technical requirements of the corresponding mold/fixture/tooling equipment;
4、跟踪模具/检具/工装的开发过程,进度及质量状况；
To track the development process, progress and quality status of mold/fixture/tooling;
5、跟踪试生产产品的质量问题，并提供产品 SOP 后的技术支持；
To follow up the quality problems of the pilot production and provide technical support after SOP;
6、技术文件的编制/存档/发布等管理工作；
Responsible for the preparation/filing/release of technical documents;
7、完成产品的匹配及其更改方案；
To complete product matching and modification plan;
8、定期汇报产品开发状况等。
To regularly report product development status.

任职资格:
Job Requirements:

1、本科以上学历,车辆工程、机械制造及相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical manufacturing or related fields;
2、5 年以上汽车行业产品设计、研发、项目方面工作经验，有尾门项目经验优先，熟悉整车厂的产品开发流程；
At least 5 years working experience in product design, R&D and project of automobile industry. With tailgate project experience is preferred. Familiar with the product development process of automobile manufacturer;
3、熟练操作 CATIA 设计软件及其他办公软件；
Proficient in design software CATIA and other office software;
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力和组织管理能力；
Good communication and coordination skills and organizational management skills;
5、具有良好的分析判断能力和独立思考能力；
Good analytical and judgment ability and independent thinking ability;
6、英语可作为工作语言；
English can be used as working language;
7、能够接受出差。
Able to travel both at home and abroad.
