Job Description
-Responsible for the Quality of all processes involved in Prax Production Lines, to ensure zero defects to customer , being proficient in all quality tools for Automotive Industry.
-Control Plan, Alarm limits, Poka-yokes, Visual Aids, Measurement toolings and equipments are correctly performing to assure quality standards
CP, SPC, TPM templates and records in production lines accordingly to IATF requirements
-In case of process deviations or quality issues/alerts, containments and firewalls may be implemented to ensure product quality, monitoring them until actions efficiency are demonstrated.
-All documentation in production is available, updated and has the right information and standards required by Prax Quality System
-Deploy Quality indicators for production processes and make them visible in Production areas for daily and regular meetings with Team (Production, ME, Maintenance and others if needed)
-FTQ (scrap and rework), defect paretos per each product line or process line, action plans and continuous improvement
-Layered audits
Production Quality Action Plan
-Submit Quality alerts and lead problem solving and action plans until closure
-Responsible for the right management of rejected parts
-Responsible for the quality of new processes (APQP Ph4) in Prax,
-Responsible for the quality at change implementation in production.
-Participates on PFMEA revisions
-QP JY Monthly report performance and indicators

Job Requirement
-Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Telecommunication, Electric, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
-Over 6 years previous working experience in an Automotive Company in the same position
-Have knowledge about FMEA, 8D methodology, IATF 16949, APQP, SPC, MSA
-English skill communication
