工作职责：
Job Responsibilities:

1、对ABB机器人及附属设备的运行状态进行编程、调试、点检，确保正常运行；
To responsible for programming, debugging and spot checking of ABB robot and affiliated equipment to ensure normal operation;
2、负责现场机器人故障处理，并对现场机器人操作者的指导培训；
Responsible for on-site robot fault handling, and on-site robot operators’ guidance and training;
3、与供应商协作对现场机器人喷涂质量问题进行分析、试验，寻求解决方案；
To cooperate with suppliers to analyze and test the painting quality problems of on-site robot, and seek solutions;
4、减低成本的可行性分析与实施；
Feasibility analysis and implementation of cost reduction;
5、协助涂装区域工程师做好区域质量的控制和提高；
To assist painting engineers to control and improve regional quality;
6、新产品涂料颜色调试、产能提升机器人调试；
New product color debugging, production capacity improvement robot debugging;
7、协助做好车间安全环保的工作。
To assist in safety and environmental protection of the workshop.

任职资格:
Job Requirements:

1、汽车喷涂机器人方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验；
Good professional knowledge and practical experience in automobile painting robot;
2、熟练操作计算机及常用办公软件；
Proficient in operating computers and common office software;
3、具有相关工业机器人维护经验；
With relevant experience in industrial robot maintenance;
4、接受轮岗或外派；
Willing to accept post rotation or assignment;
5、英语听说读写良好者优先。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
