Job Description:

1.Responsible for new products introduction including trail production and testing, as well as all kinds of technical documentation compilation when in production(i.e. work instruction, processing card, and quality planning);

2.Responsible for designing and improving of tools and fixtures. Supervising process rules, completing and perfecting process control;

3.Timely trouble shooting the abnormal quality problem in processes and analysis on root cause to propose the improvement measures;

4.Seriously taking the requirements from Sales and customers to well support the product orders;

5.Technical training and guiding to workers;

6.Providing efficient technical support to PD to establish rational management on supplier system;

7.Undertaking the responsibilities of engineer as a member of the quality system;

8.Timely work records everyday, fulfilling the assignments by supervisor, house-keeping daily;

9.Take the responsibilities required by other quality assurance system in company.



Job Requirement:

1.University education, major in mechanics or mechanical-electrical engineering;

2.Good English proficiency, above CET-4 and familiar with AutoCAD;

3.Experience in mechanical design and manufacturing;

4.Foreign company experience with above 3 years work experience in mechanical processing.
